Refund policy

Please check the name and dedication before ordering and contact us promptly if you supplied an error. If we make a personalization error, we will correct and resend the PDF. If we cannot deliver the book or resolve a problem we caused, we will offer a refund. We will review other concerns individually. This does not limit applicable consumer rights.
