Shipping policy

Namebound Books currently sells personalized PDF books only. No physical book is shipped or courier fee charged. After payment and receipt of the personalization details, we prepare and check the book, then email the PDF to the checkout email address within 3 South African business days. It is not an instant download. If it has not arrived, contact us with your order number.
